“Boots took a little longer to arrive than stated on the marketing info. The boots are of high quality and should last a long time. I like the boots, but wish they came in half sizes as the size 6 ordered are a little large without wearing thick socks.”

“These are okay slippers but slightly tight, I am sure they will ease as I wear them more. They are also rather expensive compared to other stores for same/similar items.”

“Nice leather and good range of colours. Has RFID protection. The pockets for cards (credit, debit, bus pass) are a little on the tight side but may relax with use. The coin purse is single section, so can’t separate £1 and £2 coins from smaller change. This purse was the nearest match for another brand’s worn out purse I’d had for 15 years and couldn’t replace.”

“I’m very happy with the product. But extremely disappointed with the delivery service. They came only once and I wasn’t home and they didn’t rest tempt any delivery or contact me. They just left a paper for me to collect form a collection point which was quite far from where I live. Since I don’t have a car I’ve had to take a taxi to go there. I’m not happy with this delivery service and because of this I will avoid ordering from Lakeland again. I’m really sorry but I was very very annoyed.”

“Lakeland quality of the product was 5 star. Wasn’t worth paying extra for 1-3,day delivery service since warehouse closed over weekend. Let down also by their delivery courier. Courier failed to deliver the parcel even though I was waiting in the house. They left the very expensive coat at one of their drop off agents. Luckily not too far from home.”

“Have purchased from Lakeland leather historically and the product certainly lived up to expectations. First class finish, supple leather, smart styling and perfect fit. What let the whole thing down was the abysmal delivery from UPS, lack of accurate information on availability and collection address for UPS and customer services at Lakeland not being able to give accurate collection details. Two visits were needed to finally pick up jacket, due to incorrect address and information.”

“High quality gloves with very soft leather. Extremely comfortable and easy to put on (stud fastening is fine to ensure a snug fit) and off. I have not tried them outside as the weather is still mild.”
