Cosy, warm, and comfortable, this is a quality garment and exceptionally good value at the offer price. On first sight my daughter said in a surprised voice, "You look very stylish, dad". Now, that's something I've never been accused of before!”

Hello, Firstly, it's good you like the bag... A little bit of confusion regarding the returns; all orders can be returned in store, or by post. If you paid by PayPal, we cannot issue a refund in store. The order can be taken into store, and they will then ask our Customer Care team to issue the refund. This is usually done on the same day, unless returned on a weekend, in which case it will be refunded on the Monday. I hope this clears everything up. Thanks
