“Super quick delivery. The item purchased was a gift and the recipient loves it. The only comment I can make is that the strap is about 2 inches too short to enable the wearer to wear the bag as a cross body bag so I may have to have something made to try and extend the length.”

“I spent ages looking for a bag to replace my day to day favourite. I tried ordering from Lakeland but the first bag was slightly too small for all my kit. I returned this and sized up slightly. I now have a bag I'm happy with. It is only fractionally bigger than the one I was replacing but well thought out interior design means it actually holds a lot more. On both occasions orders were delivered promptly, and the returns process was easy.”

“Really pleased with over body bag, quality etc. I checked the measurements before purchase. Obviously they were the exterior measurements. I had not realised that the actual interior measurements were smaller because the zips were inset. The bag just about satisfied my needs but it would have been helpful to have had a diagram of the size and usable capacity”

“I needed a new everyday bag as the one I had was on its last legs. I like a leather bag with compartments for all my essentials. I had searched on line but all the brands I looked at were style over substance and the images focused on how the bag looked and not the practicality. Lakeland had a good selection at competitive prices with good information about the products and interior as well as exterior pictures. The leather handbag I bought is great,”
