“First time customer. Beautiful quality leather bag, bought as Xmas gift. Would buy again! Unfortunately, didn’t get my 10% for first order, don’t think there was a code. The despatch note said to keep it as it was the receipt, but, to return an item which I did, I had to return the dispatch note in the parcel.🤷‍♀️ otherwise a great purchase 😘”

“Hello I have serval Lakeland jackets from over the years so I know the quality is good. I wanted a new jacket so after visiting your website I chose one. My order can quickly and when it said it would. The only thing that was no as expected was the colour. The jacket said it was navy leather and in the photo it looked dark blue. The jacket to be looks black. I’m keeping it because I’m happy with it just slightly different colour.”

Hi Tom, Thanks for the review and the feedback on the colour. We do our best to represent the true colour of jackets in our photographs. Usually the difference between day and artificial light can be noted on our lifestyle and studio shots. This may sound a little crazy, but take a look at the colour of the jacket in daylight (if you can remember what that is!) and it will likely look a little more navy... Thanks
