“Fantastic company Super speedy delivery, fantastic quality handbags, I ordered 2 to choose from and couldn’t decide, so kept both! Fabulous value for money. Beautifully made and so soft. Thank you so much.”

“I've bought 2 leather jackets and a sheepskin duffle coat from Lakeland in the last month and I am absolutely delighted with my purchases, which all arrived next day! The quality and finish is perfect and such great value for money. There is a brilliant choice of colours and styles for women and men. You won't be disappointed!”

“All I can say is excellent, the jacket I ordered originally was too big so I sent it back and asked for the next size down they changed the order and sent me the smaller size. They also took the price of the return postage off the price of the jacket. Thanks”

“I love the Carlisle shop and have some fabulous leather coats, super suits, jackets, shirts, T-shirts, luggage, bags and shoes - all bought there. I ordered some boots online and picked them up in Carlise yesterday. Brilliant price for suede and leather boots. As usual, the staff are wonderful there - friendly and very helpful. Lakeland is definitely my favourite shop in the town.”

“Easy online service. There was a delay on delivery which I was emailed to update from Lakeland Leather, still fast delivery though! Great quality products. Happy with items and service every time!”

“first time I have bought from you, very pleased! delighted with my coat, delivered on time, will be looking again!”

“Gifted to my spouse, he was very pleased. Good quality leather, very functional with nice compartments inside.”

“The man's holdall I purchased is beautiful. The leather is wonderfully soft but sturdy and the item is exactly what I was looking for. It arrived promptly. I have taken 1* away due to the packaging. The item was packed in an inner clear plastic bag, and then the outer packing was two smaller plastic bags that were sellotaped together (each bag fitted either end of the holdall). There was only one strip of sellotape holding the two plastic bags together centrally around the holdall; which then came apart during transit. The inner bag was then also ripped. By some miracle the purchased item has survived intact with no scratches. I am very pleased with the item, but I would have expected the packaging to protect the item and at least be sealed properly. I am very happy with purchase and will buy from Lakeland Leather again; but I thought "luxury" items would have better protective padding. The delivery driver/postman was worried about the condition of the parcel too.”

“Lakeland Leather give a great service, the slipper boots were just what I wanted, at a good price and were delivered the next day. I had need to phone to check that I'd ordered the right size and spoke to a pleasant member of the team who quickly found and confirmed my order. I'm very pleased with the slipper boots, they are well made and good quality and are very snuggly. Thank you.”

“After looking for a leather jacket at a local retailer and being disappointed at them not having the right size, I made a note of the manufacturer because of the nice quality. At Home I went onto Lake Land Leather Web site where I looked through a lot bigger range. I picked the style and size, placed the order, 36 hours later I received a top quality product at a very reasonable price. Thank you.”

“After delivery problems, in no way due to Lakeland Leather, but stressful nonetheless, the eventual arrival of the Messenger Bag I had purchased, more than made up for the incident. The item is even better than I'd hoped for !! Beautiful quality, exceptional workmanship and I'm totally thrilled with it. THANK YOU Lakeland Leather, and also thanks to Paul & Peter, two company members I spoke to on the phone, and who were so kind and helpful...”

“The jacket was ordered for our daughter as a Christmas present and it looks very nice. I'm sure she will be very pleased with it.”

“I ordered a handbag to match my boots. It came swiftly but unfortunately, on this occasion, the colour didn't match. I loved the bag and bought a navy one instead. The quality is beautiful. I returned the one bag and before I knew it the money was back in my account. This company deserves recognition for a top quality company. I will be using them again.”
