Service great, pricing competitive, item good quality but... phone pocket too small for my iPhone. so had to return it

We are pleased to hear that you were happy with the service, pricing and quality of the bag, however are sorry the phone pocket was too small for the iPhone you have. We have tested the pocket which comfortably fits an iPhone 5 and an iPhone6. Hi. Cannot track delivery through Royal Mail. Tracking is not possible until the item has been delivered and signed for. Therefor cannot plan to take delivery.

My order was delivered very promptly so top scores for this. However, one of the items that I received was incorrect - I ordered a long length trouser, which appeared on the dispatch note but the item I received was a regular length trouser instead. I visited my nearest lakeland leather store to exchange the incorrect trousers, and the service I received from the staff in the Chester store was excellent.

Ordered 3 leather bags for more choice. Was surprised I had to pay for the postage for the return of the other two. However I am extremely happy with my purchase and delivery.

Our website shows the return options which are via post at your own cost, however if you are near one of our stores you do have the option to return items in store free of charge. The bag i bought was dirty and had 2 scratches. I am a bit dissapointed with this purchase.

When I ordered the bag I asked for the delivery to be put in My blue bin as we work and there is no one around us to accept a parcel for us, I was disappointed to find that it has been delivered and returned to the post office collection point. It then took me a few days to collect it. Very happy with my purchase.

Dear Joanne, I am pleased that you are happy with the bag and hope you enjoy using it. We use a signed for service to ensure parcels are delivered safely. Sometimes the courier is happy to leave them in a designated area, but it is up to their discretion, as safe delivery of the parcel is their responsibility. When ordering on our website, customers are given the option to enter an alternative address for delivery if there is going to be no-one home to accept it. We take on board your feedback and understand it is difficult to accept delivery of parcels when you are at work and can only apologise for the fact you did not receive your bag as quickly as you would have liked. I received an email on 25/08/15 to say my order had been despatched, but am still waiting, on 28/08.15, to know whether or not it has been received by the Kendal store. I cannot yet give an overall rating!

This skirt was a good fit but I was a little disappointed with the thinness of the material - it was delivered in a small envelope which would have gone through a letter box. It looks like a winter skirt on the picture.

Although. the quality of this item was good it could not be described as a "jacket" more of a cardigan and therefore disappointing and therefore returned.
