“I'm quite happy with this purchase but I was very surprised how tiny the two pockets inside the bag were to the extent that they are superfluous.”

“I was happy with the handbag, which I got in the sale, but I wouldn't have wanted to pay the full price for it. But the card holder doesn't really work properly; it's really difficult to slot a card into the plastic holder, especially when you're trying to do it quickly with one hand. The plastic doesn't part easily, so you need two hands to fiddle with it to open it up. Not recommended. Sadly I had inserted some cards before deciding this, so not able to return.”

“Bought a Grasmere Biker Jacket, very efficient service and delivery was slick. Opened as a birthday present yesterday by partner and found to be defective with a hole in the pocket lining. Sent back for exchange although the rest of the Jacket was flawless.”

“Lovely jacket but inconsistent sizing. My normal size was way too small so I ordered next size up. I became conscious that this was a little too big, so as an experiment I ordered a smaller one again. This one fitted perfectly, and as I love the jacket so much, I’ve ended up having to buy two jackets to get the size I wanted in the first place. Disappointed as I now have to try and sell the bigger one after only having it a few months.”

“Initially I was very pleased with this bag, but am horrified today to see the shoulder strap is coming away from the bag itself. I have superglued it, but am , justifiably I think, concerned that this is going to be a real problem thereby rendering the bag unusable”

“Product was as described and nicely boxed. I had some issues with delivery- DPD quoted a day and time then said I’d refused the delivery when the picture wasn’t even my home. I waited in all day as they tried to get them to come back. Ended up having to come home from work the next day instead 🙁 Appreciate this is a DPD issue but did affect the order experience so can only rate a 3.”

“Was surprised to be asked to write a review before I had even received my order! I went into the shop today to see what's happened to my order and whether someone would contact me when it arrived as I was collecting from the shop. It turns out the item arrived last Tuesday. Why did no one ring me or email? The ivory colour is not what I would call ivory, more of a dull beige. Otherwise is nice.”

“The jacket was really beautiful, but unfortunately far too small as sizing wasn’t regular. I’m a size 12 and ordered the next size up after reading reviews, but still too small. I returned it, but was told to use the more expensive option of it being signed for when received, as my receipt as proof of purchase wasn’t suffice to. As I was under the impression from the site information I would be refunded the whole cost, that’s what I did. When the cost of jacket was refunded to my account it was minus the £8 postage. So I wasn’t very happy about that, a hard lesson to learn!!!”

“Beautiful quality however the wrists are very tight. My daughter has very slim hands and she can only just get them on. Would have returned them as I couldn’t get them on (return postage put me off )but they’ve found a good home with my daughter.”

“The staff in the Northallerton store were lovely - very friendly. However the jacket, which I had ordered on line for collection at store, was badly made. This was particularly disappointing as I had travelled a 42 mile round trip to pick it up!! So instead I bought the jacket from Next!”
