“Good product at a great price, however this was our first purchase and the on-line sales tool wouldn't accept a credit card so we had to purchase by Paypal which was a bit of a nuisance.”

“I was very pleased with the quick delivery and the beautiful quality of the bag I ordered. The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was the colour,which I expected not to be so dark. Presumably reproduction of colours does not always ring true when choosing online.”

“Beautiful leather , soft and wearable but the sizing needs attention. They are not true to fit sizes and the sleeves are way to long. You can alter them but it cost £30 extra. If sizing gets right, it offers the best leather women jacket’s, in my opinion for the affordable price.”

“Really pleased with the sheepskin slippers I bought recently, which are as cosy as I'd hoped for. The only disappointment (and it was a significant one) was finding they were made in China. I believed I was buying a British product made in the Lake District and there is nothing in the product details on the website to indicate otherwise. In truth, I would have made the purchase from the other company I looked at, given that it makes its products in Somerset. I hope Lakeland have a rethink. I feel sure many other customers might share my thoughts on this point.”
