“I bought a red leather cross body bag which came promptly and was exactly as described”

“Purchased a purse which arrived on time and the quality was excellent. Unfortunately, I couldn't give a 5-star rating as the colour of the purse was not a true reflection of the photo on the website. It was a lot darker than expected which would not have been my colour choice. Georgina from customer services listened to my complaint and sent me a photo of the purse in several colours from the warehouse so that I could see the true colours so I could exchange it for another colour. I think that the photos on the Website should show the true colours of the purse so that customers are not inconvenienced and have to return for an exchange or a refund. I had purchased this Purse for my birthday - Just hope the exchanged item arrives back in time.”

“I bought a handbag. It is beautiful and well made, and just as described. However, I thought the leather would have been softer. Also, the notes compartment needs to be slightly wider, to make it easier to fit £20 notes in. Overall though, extremely pleased with it.”

“Beautiful leather, a bit more delicate than I was expecting. Love the fit in the torso however arms a little long, but not so much as to warranta return. It's a slightly tighter fit than the model's pose suggests but that suited me. Its just a pity it wasn't made in the UK. The literature that comes with it was slightly misleading I thought. If you didn't know you'd think it had been made in the lake district just round the corner from the farm !! But pleased with the product.”

“The colour was not as bright (red) as the picture on line. The back end of the top zip stuck up, and I had to tuck it down, but, fortunately, the zip still opens and closes correctly. I might have sent it back, but then read that I would have to pay for recorded delivery to return the bag. This will probably stop me ordering again.”

“I love the look and quality of this purse and think it’s excellent value for money ( I paid £14:99). It would get 5 stars if it was just slightly bigger as I use it for my back cards and they fit but not much wriggle room. I would still recommend for a coin purse or cards.”
