“On line service excellent and staff friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was having changed jacket to a smaller size in store found afterwards that it was not protected. Not advised in store and now left with option of not protecting or purchasing protector plus having to pay postage. If I had known would have returned existing and had new size sent to my home address. In this situation surely you could offer free protector in store or send out postage paid.”

“Always good quality, but was disappointed at the size of the bag. Looked like handbag size in picture, but is actually clutch size, although dimensions were there, I didn't check.”

“Bought a leather hand bag as a Christmas present at the end of November. Goods arrived quickly and were factory packed, despite the busy sales going on at the time. We knew the quality of the product as we had viewed it in a shop. When fully opening the Factory packing we noticed some tarnishing on the buckles. returned for a refund at beginning of January This is where a good on-line company comes in to its own. Returned the goods for a replacement on the Monday and the replacement was with us on the Wednesday I then noticed that the cost of postage had been refunded to my account without any quibble. Thank you Lakeland. The way you have looked after me is an example of best practice. We all know that despite all the best efforts things sometimes go wrong but you put it right quickly and without fuss. Can only recommend you and this won't be the last time we shop with you. Great product by the way and good value for money”
