“Credit cardholder looked well made, good colour leather, not had time to see how strong the sealed edges are on the credit card sleeves. Miffed that actual delivery postage came to much less than half the delivery cost that I paid with the order!”

“Bought the item as a gift, so unsure about the response it will receive. Only problem is, it's difficult to gauge size without seeing the item beforehand, it's much larger than I anticipated.”

“website very annoying when you try to go back to look at things - had to put all info in again and then it came up with something different. This was each time I tried so is an error in the system. Get a client to try and use it - not the person who designed it !!! Unfortunately I am having to send back some trousers I ordered as they are too small. I bought exactly the same size Oakman as we have had before and the sizing is way out. I will now have to pay postage I presume even though I ordered correct size according to previous Oakman. Other people (Adini for example) have free returns!!”

“Easy website to make a purchase and prompt delivery. However I am not happy with the bag I ordered. It is beautiful leather but I dislike the silver coloured metal work on it. Would have been much nicer if it had just been all leather.”

“My new handbag is lovely a little bit put out that it wasnt the same as it was advertised, the picture on the net which was just like my already owned black version of this handbag, had striped material inside which I really liked. when it came it is just a plain kharki, brown colour! But the hanbag itself is good”

“As we do not live near a Lakeland Leather store, I placed an order on line. Unfortunately the item I ordered didn't suit me when it arrived. However, I was extremely impressed with the speed of service (parcel delivered the next day following my order) and I would most certainly shop on line with Lakeland Leather again. The only real downside was the cost of return postage £11! However, you can't really avoid this if you order a fairly expensive item on line.”
