The only problem I have had is a recent crossbody bag I purchased was wonderful in size and pocket space(s), but let me down by the fact that the strap did not extend sufficiently to let me wear this comfortably. I have returned the said bag for a refund and will continue to keep looking on your site for suitable bag.”

“Delivery of the handbag was extremely quick & exactly as promised. The handbag was of good quality but the leather was not quite as nice as I had expected. All the previous leather items I have bought from Lakeland have been extremely good. Also, it was not quite as large as I had expected, but still adequate for my needs. Finally, I felt the handles were not as substantial as I would have liked.”

“Arrived within 5/6 days of ordering online and you are able to track the delivery to give you a better idea of when it might arrive. Happy with the discounted price of £99 not sure I would have paid £200 for the item. I thought it would arrive in a suit type carrier bag but it arrived in a cardboard box and had been folded in half so the jacket did have a few extra creases in the leather. Overall not bad value at £99.”
