“This handbag has been bought as a Christmas present and as yet has not been used. I bought the navy one which is beautiful. It looks very well made and has plenty of room for all handbag paraphernalia! I would consider buying one for myself.”

“I absolutely love my leather jacket!!, it is beautifully soft and just shouts quality! It is also nice and light and perfect for dressing up for a night out, or down with jeans for shopping, lunch out etc. it’s came very quickly and well packaged. Will definitely purchase from here again!!”

“Lovely bag, very pleased with it. One small issue is the zip. If fully open the zip is difficult to close, especially if across body. It’s only at the end, but I have to take it off, put it down before I can close the zip. Apart from that, I love the bag and would buy again from Lakeland.”

“I adore my new weekend bag. The leather is so soft and smells divine - there's nothing synthetic about it. I just feel very classy when I use it and it gives me a lift. You can't beat a genuine high quality item. I've noticed some envying glances when it's been slung casually over my shoulder. Actually it's my best early Christmas present to myself, after a very difficult time.”

“Ordered an item online it turned out I had ordered the incorrect size. Returned it in person to my local store which was the Outlet Store in Swindon. Explained to a sales representative my predicament, exchanged it for the correct size and still got it for the exclusive price which was on offer when I originally purchased online, even though it had been restored to the full price. Could not have been more pleased both with the item and the helplessness of the sales representative.”

Also the parcels were not just left at the door and the delivery man took a photo of the parcel and open door as proof of delivery.
