“The wallet looks very well made, I love that it has numerous spaces for my cards and a closed pocket for loose change. I really hope it stands the rest of time.”

“I recently ordered jackets and accessories online. The site was very easy to use and the orders were delivered very quickly. Also the parcels were not just left at the door and the delivery man took a photo of the parcel and open door as proof of delivery. I also returned a jacket to the store rather than post it back and was refunded immediately. Excellent service all round.”

“I ordered a glasses case online to collect in-store. when I went to the store after they phoned me to let me know it had arrived they wanted the order number before I could collect the item. They did not inform me I needed to give the order number either online or on the phone. After some awkwardness they allowed me to collect the item if I could prove my identity and sign for the item. I think this process needs to be looked at and clarified.”
