“No complaints. Item as described and delivered within 2 days. The item was a belt so total length may have been useful as well as "fit" size. Not worth dropping the rating for just something that may be worth considering. Cheers guys”

“Purchased a purse which arrived on time and the quality was excellent. Unfortunately, I couldn't give a 5-star rating as the colour of the purse was not a true reflection of the photo on the website. It was a lot darker than expected which would not have been my colour choice. Georgina from customer services listened to my complaint and sent me a photo of the purse in several colours from the warehouse so that I could see the true colours so I could exchange it for another colour. I think that the photos on the Website should show the true colours of the purse so that customers are not inconvenienced and have to return for an exchange or a refund. I had purchased this Purse for my birthday - Just hope the exchanged item arrives back in time.”
