“I ordered a vanity case and a handbag. Both arrived, well packed and in perfect condition, within 2 days of ordering. I would recommend Lakeland Leather.”

“Excellent service. Order arrived super fast and customer service responded to my question very quickly. The wheeled holdall is a lovely thing. My only (as yet unfounded), concern is that the extending handle looks a bit flimsy. Time will tell I guess.”

“I love dealing with Lakeland. The quality of the leathers used is fabulous, it feels so luxurious and hangs lovely. The choice of designs will cover most tastes and the range of colours will satisfy most requirements. Selecting from the website is easy- there are lots of photos, a good description and the system is straightforward. They aim to despatch same day if you place your order by 1pm. Items come well packed and are usually delivered by dpd, who deliver when the day they will. Any issues are very efficiently dealt with and you can return via a store or by post. As I say I love Lakeland, I have a variety of coats - everyday, going out, winter and a few handbags. Have a look, you won’t be disappointed”

“I saw the Kirsten shoes in the Keswick shop whilst on holiday and was struck by how soft the leather felt and the fabulous raspberry pink colour. I didn't get around to purchasing them, but decided on my return home that I'd check out the website. And there were the shoes, on sale!
