“I bought a handbag. It is beautiful and well made, and just as described. However, I thought the leather would have been softer. Also, the notes compartment needs to be slightly wider, to make it easier to fit £20 notes in. Overall though, extremely pleased with it.”

“It was the first time I have ordered with Lakeland and was let down by the delivery courier. The customer service at Lakeland did everything they could to support but my delivery did not arrive as advised and was rescheduled by the courier for no given reason and he items werefor a special event. The event took place with no gifts. Seriously look at choosing different couriers.”
