“I recently purchased a lovely leather tote bag as a special 60th birthday present for an old and dear friend. It is beautiful and stunningly good quality. I'm having a hard time not keeping it for myself! There are 3 of us good friends becoming 60 in successive years. I was first, the recipient of the bag was next, and I think I already know what the 60th birthday present is going to be for the third next year. Well done also for the very prompt delivery.”

“Purchased a purse which arrived on time and the quality was excellent. Unfortunately, I couldn't give a 5-star rating as the colour of the purse was not a true reflection of the photo on the website. It was a lot darker than expected which would not have been my colour choice. Georgina from customer services listened to my complaint and sent me a photo of the purse in several colours from the warehouse so that I could see the true colours so I could exchange it for another colour. I think that the photos on the Website should show the true colours of the purse so that customers are not inconvenienced and have to return for an exchange or a refund. I had purchased this Purse for my birthday - Just hope the exchanged item arrives back in time.”
