“My travel jewellery box has arrived good quality but I thought it was pink more like maroon buyers be aware, I also bought what should have been a soft red coloured wallet it was dark red so disappointed colours online are not true to colour”

“I bought a Lakeland Leather sling bag a couple of years ago, but the nylon zips have all broken over time, so although the bag itself had many years of use left, it was useless. I bought a replacement and am delighted to see that, unlike most companies who are downgrading their standards, this bag is improved with metal zips. I'm very pleased with my purchase and hope it will last many years longer than the first one.”

“The bag we ordered came really quickly and was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately it didn't fit my son's laptop so we had to return it. The customer service for returns was speedy and efficient - I posted it mid morning tracked Royal Mail and was emailed with confirmation of the return and refund the following day. Just a huge shame it didn't work for my son.”

“Looked like a reasonably good quality jacket but I couldn’t tell because it was at least two sizes too small. I ordered my usual size 16. It was much smaller than any size 16 jackets in my wardrobe and a larger size would be big on shoulders. I particularly searched reviews to check sizing and can’t remember any advice on sizing up. Expensive to return ‘signed for’ as I don’t think it was my fault.”
