“Easy to order, kept informed and delivery good. I like the jacket ordered and will keep it but it is not ivory as described and pictured - it is beige.”

“Good delivery, good return system. Unfortunately the Breton striped tops I ordered were not suitable; the stretchy fabric highlighted every lump and bump, despite being the correct size and the curved lower hem did not flatter at all. A return, therefore and the search for the ultimate Breton continues.”

“I recently bought four mens leather jackets. The jackets were all great and I am very pleased. However in all cases it was the age old problem, the zips were very sticky and hard to zip up. Had to continually work the zips to try to ease them off. Even applied spray polish to help the problem. Better now, but very annoying. You might wish to address this issue.”

“The purse I ordered is well made and arrived promptly. I ordered it for the book design and having seen ones made by Yoshi, expected it to be similar. It's smaller than the Yoshi ones. It's a design unique to Lakeland leather and I chose it for the design, which was right for the recipient, as I bought it as a gift.”

“The ordering and product quality was very good. Unfortunately the items had to be returned due to fitting, style etc. It would have helped if the address on the return label gave the exact address of the building as out of the 3 parcel companies I tried could not give an exact address on their system and I could not commit to returning a parcel to an address they could guarantee. I appreciate you will receive loads of parcels but the addition of the name of the building would have assisted greatly.”

“Leather jacket was excellent quality, couldn’t fault it! Unfortunately my choice felt too bulky for me. Whilst average height I am slightly built. It had to be returned. Jacket arrived boxed and well presented with protective coverings on zippers and buckles. Instructions for return and refund were straight forward, though the cost over £11 ( tracked mail as specified) has put me off a reorder. ( exchanged items up to £10 refund to cover postage ) . Full refund was prompt and within 24 hours of returning jacket.”
