“Initially my parcel didn’t arrive at distributors, contacted lakeland and they reordered it straight away. Also they replied to my enquiry within a couple of hours.”

“I am very pleased with my three bar stools. Colour is a darker grey than I expected but I am still happy with my purchase. Excellent quality and good value for money. They look great in may brand new kitchen.,”

“I ordered 2 bar stools from Lakeland for my new kitchen. On arrival (very quick and free) both seats were cracked. I immediately notified Lakeland of the damage by email with photographs on a bank holiday Saturday morning and was astounded to receive a reply straight away! They offered to replace the seats but as they were obviously not particularly robust I opted for a refund. Lakeland refunded my money fully. Thank you”

“Excellent service all round! Very helpful in answering questions by phone on things like returns policy/product information etc. Very pleased with quality of the chairs we purchased and also impressed with speed of delivery and quality of packaging. All in all a very good experience with this company which proves that you really do not need a High Street presence to sell furniture”
