“The chair I purchased was very easy to put together, it has fulfilled my need and is very comfortable. I feel I have received value for my money and I appreciated next day delivery given the current climate and the fact more of us need to work from home.”

“I managed to build my desk chair very easily; everything needed was included in the box. It was very straightforward. The only minor issue is that the box was very slightly damaged in transit, but the contents were completely fine. The chair is comfortable and looks good in the context of a home office. Also, it arrived very quickly despite potential disruption due to the novel coronavirus.”

“Ordered a new desk chair for my home office. Arrived within 2 days. Easy to assemble and very comfortable...very competitive pricing also. Very happy. The only problem I did have was with the Courier. I paid extra for express delivery, upon arrival, the courier called to say they could not bring my delivery up 3 flights of stairs due to COVID-19. This of course was absolute nonsense, they were just running late and lazy.”

“I could not be more happy with how this order has been dealt with. Website was easy to navigate, found a lovely, stylish office chair, it’s so comfortable, reasonably priced and delivered within a couple of working days despite the mayhem we’re currently living in. Lakeland have made working from home so much more tolerable and I’ll not have a bad back at the end of all this!!! Thank you!!!”
