“These dresses are remarkably high quality for the price, and there’s such a gorgeous range of fabrics and styles. Marked down one star as they don’t do a size 6 - I had to return as they didn’t fit me - please start making a size 6!”

“Did NOT receive my dresses. Did NOT received an update regarding my order. Did NOT receive an answer grom thé customer care department. Really dissapointed and ready to take legal actions..I feel scammed!”

COVID-19 did result in our customer service team having to work remotely, and our usual level of service did suffer as a result.
