“Good value for the quality of the material, the dress was as presented on the website. Delivery slightly longer expected, but understandable considering the current health crisis. Unfortunately the dress doesn't feet, too small.”

“I was very impressed with the choice of styles, colours of the dresses and skirts on offer. Ordering was quick and easy. Delivery prompt. Prices are fantastic! Have had compliments on the three quarter sleeve wrap dress, and was more than happy to recommend Lady V!! Can't wait to wear the other dress when I meet my new grandson soon.”

“I recently bought 3 dresses and they are gorgeous! The fit is fantastic and the colors pop! I am so happy with the fast delivery service ( even though it was shipped to Italy where I live, it was fast!) I really love the Hepburn style, as that is the most flattering style on me. This style is perfect for wearing a petticoat under the dress. They are coming on vacation with me! The 🌻 Sunflower Hepburn ❤️❤️❤️ Thank You”

“I have recently received my order which was delivered promptly. I ordered my dress when you were offering 15% off. The next day after I ordered the dress, you offered 20% off and now just a few days later you have reduced the price of the dress. This is rather annoying to say the very least!”

“Item not received I bought a dress for my sister's birthday, I set the delivery address as her address. According to the tracking it was sent to me, but there is no sign of the parcel at either address. I emailed their customer service on the 2nd July because their phone line is 0845 so costs from a mobile. I haven't heard anything yet.”

Hello Melanie, we are very sorry to hear that you have not received the parcel. Having checked into the order, we have sent the item to the address stated as the shipping address on the order, which is different from the billing address so I would hope it has been sent to the correct address. We have also replied to your e-mails on the day that they were sent, so if you haven't received these I would ask you to check your spam folder as they may have gone there in error.
