“Love Lyra dresses. Love the addition of the pockets. However I don’t think the Lyras are quite as well made as they used to be. The fabric is slightly lighter weight.”

“I am very disappointed in this delivery. Don't get me wrong the dress I received is beautiful as usual but I've had this happen to me several times now where I order one size but when it comes to it being delivered I'm emailed and told the inventory is wrong and you now don't have the size I ordered. You asked me to email you back, which I did and I said I'd have the next size up. This email was ignored and I was refunded. Now though to get the dress I originally wanted I have got to pay postage again. Maybe you need to do some work on getting your inventory correct.”

“I ordered 2 dresses for more than a 100€ and they never arrived ! I assured them I never received them, I signed a form to certify it and they wouldn't do anything about it. The signature on the receipt form is not even mine ! I would not recommand a service that can't deliver what you buy from them !!”

“I usually buy my dresses second hand but the sales were so good I treated myself. The website was easy to use. I did have some trouble paying with paypal but this may have been an internet issue. I tried successfully the next day and I was also given a small extra discount while they were in my basket. The 2 dresses arrived quickly and were well packaged. I will definitely be checking the sales again in the future. Very happy customer 💫💀🍒”

“I decided to buy a Halloween Dress as there was a half price offer. I have a big waist and was not sure how much give the fabric would have so I sized up to 18. I think that I could have fitted into 16 as fabric was quite stretchy. I did like the design and fit but what I did not like was that the side ruffle was not backed by the same material and showed white. I have put some stitches into the dress to try and hide this which is a shame. I would not of minded paying more if they had backed the white with same fabric. If I buy again I would not choice this style for that reason.”

“That dress is absolutely stunning! I got a small issue initially with my package (the tracking showed it stopped moving) so i contacted directly lady v by email and the response was really quick! They helped me find my parcel and i got it fast afterwards, i was worried it got lost and since it was out of stock i wouldn't have been able to order it again, so I'm really relieved! I'm gonna wear it for Christmas, thank you Victoria for the great help!”

“So disappointed. I’ve bought dresses from Lady V for years and they have always been of exceptional quality until now. The Elsie dress I have recently purchased is of considerably lower quality than the dresses I have purchased before. The weight of the dress is far less, due to the lower quality of fabric and the result is a dress that does not sit or fall correctly in line with the intention of the style of dress. Not worth the money and definitely do not recommend.”

“I ordered two dresses. Both are gorgeous. The fabric is weighty in that way that lets you know there's quality behind it without being overly weighted. The swishy dress swishes and the more body contouring dress is beautifully flattering. I got my items quickly and I'm very happy. I immediately looked at the website to see what else I might want although my dress worthy occasions are relatively few and far between”
