“Overall pleased. The website is so easy to use and the delivery was fast and efficient. I love my dresses BUT...I'd bought two (different variants of the Bella dress) because they were under the 'dresses with pockets' section on the website. They don't have pockets. It sounds like a small thing but that's why I bought them....a little disappointed that they are not as advertised.”

“I've been a fan or Lady Vintage for a number of years, their frocks are beautiful! My favourite online vintage inspired place to shop, the materials are good quality, so well made, and the size is always true. I had the chance to contact customer service this time, the person who answered my query was great, got me sorted out quickly and was so helpful. Of all the UK based vintage shops, I find them to have been the most consistent all round,have never had an item that didn't live up to the standard I can expect from them.”

“I ordered 2 different styles, the sizing was drastically different. One came up big but also was very short in the torso (I did expect it to be big as it was a size larger than I needed due to poor availability) and the other 2 that were my correct regular size were 4-6inches too small. Would have kept the one that was too big and taken it in if not for the fact that it was sent with damage to the fabric at the centre front which was quite noticeable, I was surprised it was shipped out in that condition. It looked like it had possibly been worn by another customer, returned and then re-sold which would explain why it was the only one left in that style. The print also looked kind of pixely and not high quality in person, it looked much better in the photos than in reality. I enquired about another dress I wanted to order but didn't receive a reply, even on social media where they are actively posting most days, my messages and comments went unanswered whenever I posted, even though I could see them replying to the other customers. Felt like I was being given the cold shoulder for reasons unknown. Only wanted to find out if they were getting the dress I wanted, wasn't a difficult question really. It was clear they weren't fussed whether they got my custom or not, so I decided to find an alternative dress elsewhere. I returned the order on 20th July which was delivered promptly, and a week later have yet to receive a refund. I have sent emails and messages which have gone unanswered. The only posittive thing I can say really is that the delivery was quick and efficient. Shame about the products and the rest of the service. I returned all the items and sorry so say I feel the products and the service is substandard and so I won't be ordering again and if my refund isn't processed today I will have to lodge a dispute and their customer service is unresponsive. I saw multiple other people mention the same issue too to this is not an isolated incident.”

COVID-19 did result in our customer service team having to work remotely, and our usual level of service did suffer as a result. We are now back up and running as normal. “The dress I bought was beautiful: so well made, comfortable and looked incredible. The fabric was gorgeous too. It was difficult to choose which fabric to go for because there was such a lovely range to choose from, so it's very likely I will need to make a few more purchases in the future! My new favourite shop!”

“Those dresses are so lovely and fit so well and I’ve got a big bust! Been ordering for years now and been recommending it to all my friends with all sorts of body shapes, that’s the beauty of it: there’s something for every shape and size and you always feel so glamorous and feminine in them.
