“I love this shop so much but I do get a bit frustrated that I pay full price for dresses and then a week later they are in the sale . I also this al the Lyra dresses should be in both lengths and all patterns. Also can you bring the plain colours back again but not at 65 pound maybe 45 . I really would like a black and red one. I have a blue one I wear a lot .”

“Lady Vintage is my favourite dress store. I have so many of their frocks, Hepburn being my favourite style. They are always created with quirky and beautiful fabric designs. Excellent quality and super speedy service. Plus I love that they arrive in a bag saying Happiness this way.”

“It is now three weeks and five days since I placed my order. The parcel has not been delivered but has sat at various locations on the way for several days, been misdirected three, probably four times by the carrier and travelled to and fro in Finland between Pirkkala, Tampere and Turku (which is on the other side of Finland). There are seven delivery points under my postcode, any of which could have been used - the nearest of them being 300 metres and 500 metres away from my address. Delivery was promised in five days, so apologies are not a sufficient Remedy in this case.”

“I have ordered quite a few dresses from lady vintage. They have always been lovely and I have been very pleased with my purchases to date. However I ordered a dress for my Daughter which was unfortunately not suitable so I needed to return it. I was quite surprised that after spending £3.99 to have it posted to me originally I now have to spend £8.00 + sending it back to them recorded delivery. So be aware if your item does not fit and you need to return it, its an very unexpected expense.”

“Recently tried the new Zelda dress. It gets 3.5 stars from me (had to round up for rating above). To bring it fully up to 5 stars, the sleeves would need to be about 2" longer so that when my arms are bent the sleeves still cover my wrists instead of sitting 2" above them. If they were tight sleeves they likely wouldn't shift, but being loose they could do with some extra length to be perfect. Similarly, the pockets in the dress are set too high to be useful to put my hands in (have to bend my arms to 90° angle to get them in) and because the fabric of both the Zelda and the Lyras is stretchy, the pockets are also useless for putting anything in as they just stretch & ruin the line of the dress. So now they just have these useless flappy bits which hit my hip crease when I walk. If I had an overlocker then I would just cut the pockets out and either shift them 3" down the side seams or just get rid of them entirely. I can understand pockets in non-stretch fabrics but they just do not work in stretch fabrics at all. I'd rather not have them. Same with the Lyras. Those used to be 5 stars but the addition of the useless flappy pockets brings them down to 3.5. I'm autistic and these were super comfy dresses for me which now have the addition of a bad sensory experience. Other people who are less hypersensitive might not notice how irritating it is to have them hit you repeatedly when walking, but its meant that I'm wearing my older Lyras way more often than my new ones even though I love the new prints.”

“I am not exaggerating when I tell you my ENTIRE work wardrobe consists of Lady V dresses. I have at least 25 dresses, one for Halloween, and two for Christmas. They are LITERALLY the only thing I wear for work. And EVERYBODY loves them!!! If you guys have business cards, I could pass them out! I give everyone your website!! I could open a store here in Pittsburgh, PA for you :)”
