“I’m afraid I can’t review the dresses as they have not arrived yet. I have reached out twice to LadyV London asking for updates on when my items will actually ship and have not gotten any reply. I was notified that my items shipped via email but the links provided to track my order still say the order is processing. And there have been no updates. I am an international customer but still, having paid for expedited shipping I would expect some updates.”

“I love this shop so much but I do get a bit frustrated that I pay full price for dresses and then a week later they are in the sale . I also this al the Lyra dresses should be in both lengths and all patterns. Also can you bring the plain colours back again but not at 65 pound maybe 45 . I really would like a black and red one. I have a blue one I wear a lot .”

“Lady Vintage is my favourite dress store. I have so many of their frocks, Hepburn being my favourite style. They are always created with quirky and beautiful fabric designs. Excellent quality and super speedy service. Plus I love that they arrive in a bag saying Happiness this way.”

“It is now three weeks and five days since I placed my order. The parcel has not been delivered but has sat at various locations on the way for several days, been misdirected three, probably four times by the carrier and travelled to and fro in Finland between Pirkkala, Tampere and Turku (which is on the other side of Finland). There are seven delivery points under my postcode, any of which could have been used - the nearest of them being 300 metres and 500 metres away from my address. Delivery was promised in five days, so apologies are not a sufficient Remedy in this case.”

“I have ordered quite a few dresses from lady vintage. They have always been lovely and I have been very pleased with my purchases to date. However I ordered a dress for my Daughter which was unfortunately not suitable so I needed to return it. I was quite surprised that after spending £3.99 to have it posted to me originally I now have to spend £8.00 + sending it back to them recorded delivery. So be aware if your item does not fit and you need to return it, its an very unexpected expense.”
