“This deserves 0 star but I cannot put 0 so unhappily put 1. I purchased a dress from them and got an order from them too. I checked for the despatch and tracking number but Abigail, customer care officer told me they use a partner and I have to follow up with Global E. Lady V, customer care, Abigail, gave me another number to chase it with Global E. I did to no avail and still waiting an answer. I asked her to follow up again and again but got no help. I'm sorry you outsourced this to your partner but you still have a responsibility to follow up with your partner. The website I bought from is yours. The order number I got is from you. Buyers beware as I later found out similar bad reviews on their Facebook comments! Don't go near this terrible company!!”

“Very expensive recently and the quality has slipped. Dresses aren't finished securely enough and seams come undone, particularly the pockets. I assume they've increased the prices but found a cheaper people to make them up.”

“Normally 5* but on this occasion I was very disappointed. Ordered two dresses and was refunded for one as no longer in stock. This was on the day they were added to the website as I had been checking twice daily knowing they were due in. On checking the following few days, the dress was marked as in stock again. Whilst I spoke to a very helpful colleague who phoned me back to confirm my payment was taken, I believe that if knowledge was that a further collection was due in, why couldn't those of us previously disappointed, be notified that there would be a delay in posting. It cost me two lots of postage because the two orders were under the threshold normally applied for large orders.”
