“I love everything about my recent purchase from Lady V! I have been looking for a cupcake dress or similar theme for months and came across the cute confectionary doughnut dress, as it came up on my feed on Instagram. Wow, I was not disappointed. The quality and cute of the dress is amazing and I’ve had so many nice compliments about it from only two wears! Well done Lady V, you have exceeded my expectations as a first time buyer, and I cannot wait to see if you launch a new cupcake dress next year! 😘”

“Love, love, love the Lyra dresses - this purchase is my third one! The prints are cool and funky at the same time. And the fit is spot on. I actually feel fabulous in them and normally I don’t feel good in anything. The customer service is great - orders are promptly despatched and well-packaged. Yes, you can buy cheaper dresses but you won’t get the quality, the fit and the feel good style. And you can pretty much guarantee that no-one else will turn up wearing the same thing!”

“Very fast delivery and the dress is true to size, fits perfectly and looks amazing. I was a little surprised by the fabric, but that is entirely my own fault for not reading the description thoroughly. I was expecting cotton or a poly cotton mix, but it fits so beautifully I can't bear to not have it in my wardrobe.”

We do detail the fabric content in the description section of every dress which we recommend checking before ordering to avoid any confusion, we do offer other styles in cotton blends. “The dress went missing in the post and I have neither been sent a replacement or refunded, I've found the customer service to be very poor, as it's clear the dresses have been lost, Lady V should issue me a refund, but instead I've been told they need to wait for a claim from Royal Mail, putting me out of pocket. I'm really let down by my favourite clothing brand. Regarding recent purchases of the Lyra dresses, these have been dissapointing as the material appears thinner than in the past so the waist ties can't be pulled tight.”

Aisa, we are so sorry that your order was lost in the post. Unfortunately when an item is suspected lost, we do have to wait a few days for Royal Mail to complete an investigation as there are many instances when this results in a positive outcome and the package is located and delivered. My colleague should have explained the process to you better, and I can see why saying that we needed to wait for the 'claim' to be processed - it does not mean that we have to wait for Royal Mail to reimburse us, it just means that we want to wait to see if they are able to locate the package - particularly as it contained Limited Edition items which were no longer available on the site. I understand now that your have been fully refunded and can only apologise for any disappointment.

“I love these dresses, I love that I can pick below the knee and know what the upper and lower parts of the dress will measure, most companies just tell you the length. I am 56 and I like Hepburn and especially jasmine dresses, I feel my age and not as if I am dressing too young as they are so elegant teamed with a little cardi. Great fabrics and well made well done lady vintage x”

“Paid for item to be delivered in 2 days, waste of time & money took 4 days, but guess what Its Royal Mails fault.!!!! Now on with the return & obviously no order number on documents in the package ( but got everything else listed) why not make it as difficult as possible so people don't bother.!!!! Now I've just had it confirmed why I don't shop on line.”
