I have given you four stars based on years of good service from you but sadly I had to send the dress I ordered back because the photograph made the collar etc look much paler than they actually were but in real life they were a really grubby beige. The vaguries of the printing process are not your fault and I am sure I will eventually get my money back so I can buy something else. Thank you.
