“Poor communication, I had a problem with the delivery and Ladderstore effectively passed the problem to me and delivery company, also the order had 1 bolt,nut and washer missing which they said they would source, still waiting.”

“Stabilisation bar on ladders was 1200mm not 1100mm as advertised. I specifically order the ladders based on the size of the stabilisation bar owing to the limited operational space available.”

“Ordered a universal ladder standoff to find it didn’t fit. Not very universal. When contacted them to ask if longer u bolts were possible I was told no. No other suggestions, or an offer to return. Not very helpful.”

“Ordered a loft pole which was delivered promptly. Unfortunately it was bent when it arrived. I e mailed Customer service who sent out a replacement immediately. As this could have been the fault of the delivery company I was very impressed with the service.”

“I ordered on the 23 /05/25 and paid the extra next day delivery charge. I received an email to say it was out of stock and as yet I have not received the item or a refund.”
