Hi Keith, Thank you for your feedback. We're really sorry to hear that you have had a delay in receiving your order, I can see the order was placed and on the 09/01 we advised it was unfortunately out of stock until week commencing 20/01. Looking at the order I can see there were a further delay due to stock being delayed into the warehouse and the package was then dispatched on 31/01. I have checked the tracking and I can see this was attempted on 03/02, 08/02 & 10/02 but the delivery were unsuccessful. I can see we have since been in contact with regards to reorganising the delivery through the couriers. We understand how disappointing this must be, and we sincerely apologise for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused you. Your experience is important to us, and we’re committed to improving our service. Thank you for your patience during this time.

Hi Raymond, Thank you for your feedback, though we're truly sorry to hear about the issues you've faced with the ladders. We understand how frustrating it must be to receive damaged items, and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. Rest assured, we take this matter seriously and are looking into it to prevent it from happening in the future. I can see from the notes that three of the previous ladders have been damaged in transit and a replacement is out for delivery today. Apologies for the issues you have had with the order and any inconvenience this may have caused.

“We ordered the AL02 for our house and I fitted it on Saturday there, the design is great and ease of use as well as the hand rail for added safety. All in all a great experience and product, the ordering and delivery were great too, would highly recommend.”

“Box contained a aluminium bar only and NOT the article required. Box was torn and contained an item which had been returned by another customer. Been told my item will be sent in early February. No personal contact to explain or discuss though I had sent phone details.”

I can see my colleague had dealt with your enquiry and had advised that there had been a misspick, I can also see from the notes my colleague had advised that there was a stock discrepancy and this was due early February. Looking at the tracking I can see it has been signed for today. I understand how frustrating this can be, especially without personal communication, so I apologise no further updates were provided after being told early February. “Product is good service was good etc until ladders didnt arrive. Chased LAdderstore and eventually found out that they had been delivered to a neighbouring business and neither the logistics company or Ladderstore bohered to tell me or when i contacted them I eventually got a reply.”

From the contact I can see we were made aware it had not arrived by yourself and when we chased with logistics we were provided with the POD and information that it was at a neighboring property. The tracking link should have been sent prior to this so you could check the progress, so I apologies if this had not been received. We understand its frustrating when things don’t go as planned, however we will address this with our logistics partner to prevent it from happening in the future. “Quick and easy. Had damage via delivery but quickly resolved, and replacement ladder was a more expense one but they honoured the same price as had no stock left of original one. No hassle + great service = happy customer!”
