“Ordered a universal ladder standoff to find it didn’t fit. Not very universal. When contacted them to ask if longer u bolts were possible I was told no. No other suggestions, or an offer to return. Not very helpful.”

“Ordered a loft pole which was delivered promptly. Unfortunately it was bent when it arrived. I e mailed Customer service who sent out a replacement immediately. As this could have been the fault of the delivery company I was very impressed with the service.”

“I ordered on the 23 /05/25 and paid the extra next day delivery charge. I received an email to say it was out of stock and as yet I have not received the item or a refund.”

“No notification that ladder had been despatched. No notification of anticipated delivery date. No notification that ladder had been delivered and left in front of front door in clear sight. Cardboard packaging damaged as was cellophane covering actual ladder. Thankfully neighbour saw it left outside door and contacted me. My builder installing it at present so hopefully no further problems. But delivery situation alone means I would not recommend Ladderstore”

“Excellent service and communication all the way through. Ladder arrived damaged from the carrier however it was quickly dealt with with a replacement sent out in the next two days.”

“The ladder I ordered was delivered on time and perfectly packed. My only reservation with the particular model I chose (rather than with your company) is that, whlle I appreciate the stability argument for having the extra fitting attached at the bottom (which I have done), the bottom feet are not very suitable for using the ladder without that wider support. And in some tight settings that option would be useful. Unless you take it off after every use, it also makes the ladder a bit heavier to carry, which is a consideration for me since I have sciatica and am not supposed to carry anything heavy! I bought the ladder for domestic use.”

“I needed a replacement part for my loft ladder. Found exactly what I needed at Ladderstore. It was easy to order and the part was delivered promptly. Fitted the part and now the ladder is operating properly. Great service”

“I wanted a certain type of latch for my loft door, they seem to be hard to come by, but then I found one at the ladder store, brilliant. It came fairly quickly well packaged, it's not been fitted yet but I'm sure it will be fine.”
