“Original aluminium loft ladder had been installed for years but one of the hinges securing the ladder had broken. I was so pleased that even after all this time Ladderstore carried a spare fitting which once ordered arrived very promptly. I may have waited many weeks for my husband to install it but this has been completed today with minimal fuss. Thank you Ladderstore and sorry this review has taken so long to write!”

“Selection of products great, this was the only store I found the loft hatch pole I’ve been searching for for ages. Order process smooth. Delivery using a reputable firm who communicated the progress of our package and gave 2 hour delivery windows. Thanks for everything.”

“Would be happier if you used a different delivery company. Was never told when it was going to be delivered, just got a messaged to say they had missed me. Still not received the parcel and don't know how to get it from whereever it is. It has also taken two weeks for it to be sent out. Can't give a better score because I haven't receieverd.”

“Though the company was quick to send the Zarges ladder strap, their website made it look as if they came in pairs as you would expect to replace both straps on an A frames not just one but at over 34 quid i was astounded when only a single strap was sent. They need to get there information on these straps sorted and put in large letters that the item is singular and not as expected a pair. Nor only has it delays my Job but ended up costing me twice as much as I had anticipated.”
