“Ordered on the 5th november, delivery between the 6th and 11th. Still not arrived, tracking is rubbish. Emailed with no response, cant get through on the phone,I would avoid this company take your money then dont respond and you cant speak to anyone. I just want the ladders ive ordered.”

Hi Alan, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we’re very sorry for the delay with your order and the lack of response you’ve experienced. That isn’t what we want for our customers and I have passed your comments back to the relevant department. I have had a look into your order and looking at the order history I can see we had requested an update from logistics on several occasions, apologies this was not communicated with you, however I can see since this the order was cancelled and refunded. Again apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

“Purchased 8-rung Krause combination ladders to decorate our hall stairwell at home plus use for pruning a couple of small trees in our back garden. Quality of product is excellent and feel very safe & sturdy using on stairscase Ladderstore's price was lower than their competitors and free delivery was 3 days from date of placing order online. Very happy with their service and highly recomend this company.”

“I’ve never received my springs. I will never go with this company again. Please send me my £36 back”

“Ordered some spare parts for the ladder and unfortunately they didn’t have them in stock, I was emailed every 2-3 days giving me a lead time and they arrived when they should have done, a fantastic company to deal with.”

“I needed to order a Ladder Strap for a ladder previously purchased from Ladderstore. What an absolute nightmare it has been, firstly to identify what was required, I had to go backwards and forwards with information, sometimes even providing it twice! The part was finally identified after quite a few weeks, so I placed my order only to be told delivery could take up to 14 weeks. Absolute joke, hopefully I don't ever need to use them again.”

“Placed order 4th Sept, it’s now 19th Sept, still not received my order, not received response to email or voice mail, managed to speak to someone today who said orders team have finished for the day (13.00) I’ll get a call Monday , would never recommend you or buy from you again.”

Hi Keith, We're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience with us and that you hadn't received the order in a timely manner. I can see that my colleague resolved this for you back in September and she had called you back on the Monday following the Friday closure. I can see this was resolved by sending out a replacement on a next day service as it looks like it had been lost in transit, we do ask that on this product you allow 5-7 working days for delivery as they are not sent on a tracked service but in this instance it was above the time frame which is why we sent the replacement out. We understand your frustration completely and are actively working to improve our communication. Please accept our sincere apologies and thank you for your patience during this time whilst we resolved this for you.
