“I was pleased they had a short ,strong extending ladder for medium heights.At 81 I do not intend to go higher. The stand against wall stabiliser I bought attached easily to the ladder and provides the confidence in safety that I need.”

“Great set of ladders very sturdy well made and quite light in weight in fact there that good I’ve bought my son a set for Christmas so he doesn’t have to keep borrowing mine.”

“Currently waiting for a credit for an item which was sent to the complete incorrect address! Keep getting emails from customer service asking for proof even though a photo has been sent to the salesperson responding to the invoice showing the wrong address on packing! The recipient sent me the image because my telephone number is plastered all over it not not sure how that works in terms of GDPR! Complete waste of time sending emails back and forth when all I'd like is my £30 Refund!”

“The Werner 4 tread steps are a great replacement after having a previous model disppear whilst having refurbishment works at out office. The Uitility Bucket & Levellers are yet to be used but I'm sure they'll bith be invaluable & will make my working tasks easier. Supremely wrapped & I catually ran into the delivery man in our loading bay.”

“Ordered on the 5th november, delivery between the 6th and 11th. Still not arrived, tracking is rubbish. Emailed with no response, cant get through on the phone,I would avoid this company take your money then dont respond and you cant speak to anyone. I just want the ladders ive ordered.”

“Purchased 8-rung Krause combination ladders to decorate our hall stairwell at home plus use for pruning a couple of small trees in our back garden. Quality of product is excellent and feel very safe & sturdy using on stairscase Ladderstore's price was lower than their competitors and free delivery was 3 days from date of placing order online. Very happy with their service and highly recomend this company.”
