“Ordered 2 ladders which i was told should be delivered within a week, which never turned up so cancelled order and got my money back. Had to buy elsewhere.”

Many apologies for any inconvenience with this. I can see from the notes on the order that unfortunately we were let down by a stock order being delayed on these particular items which is why we, unfortunately, had to cancel and refund the order due to not being able to fulfil it in the timeframe needed. “Needed a very tall step ladder to complete some high level painting. Fantastic quality step ladder was supplied and delivered within a few days. Couldn’t believe how sturdy and easy the ladder was to use and would highly recommend the Ladderstore for any purchase.”

“When putting the ladder together it became clear that two holes had not been drilled in the right place for bolts to go through so I had to drill and file to get these to line up so then be able to fix bottom safety stand bar.Not what you expect when spending quite a bit of money.”

“Purchased the Stair platform made by Hailo, tried it on the stairs only to find out they are not fit for purpose on UK size steps. The platform works out at approx 1.5 inches out of level heading down the stairs. I notified Ladderstore, the lady was already aware of this issue with the platform. I said I wanted to send them back for a refund, but apparently because I had tried the item that wouldn’t be possible, instead got £25 back....”

Good Afternoon, I have had a look at this for you and I can see that unfortunately we were let down on a number of occasions by our supplier and the delivery of the stock into our warehouse.
