“Very pleased with the product and the service. The telescopic loft ladder I bought was robust, and of good quality. It folds away very nicely in our limited loft space. The ladder arrived very promptly after being ordered. Happy to recommend this company, and their products, to others!”

“Ordered a Hailo 12 rung Profi-lot triple extension ladder. Rang the day after ordering to see if I could specify a delivery day as I work shifts. Was told that it would be at least a week as it had to come from Germany and that I would be notified of the delivery. 3 days later it arrived, without any notification. My wife received the delivery from a miserable delivery driver. The ladder is great, communication could be improved”

“Good, rapid delivery. I found the ladder quite heavy. As I had no helper I ended up using a block and tackle to lift and hold the ladder in position . It is quite stiff to pull down. I am not sure if a little oil would be in order. When I pull it down and the collapsed ladder is vertical, the bottom rung catches in the hooks. I have to lift the ladder and swing it out by hand to be able to allow the ladder to extend.”

“It is used around my flat and fulfills its function well. My problem is to find the thing that stops the ladder from folding when I put it away. An arrow pained on the top step would help. Otherwise, no complains”

“The ladder arrived very quickly, so full marks for that. Now the negative side. The ladder came with a significant dent on one of the runs. I can still use it, But I’m not exactly happy.”

“The teams are great, customer service is great. The products are good products, just delivery is intermittent and can come from 3 different locations. Some of the products turn up damaged and it can be difficult getting parts replaced. If the delivery system was better organised then i would have score much higher”

Unfortunately there are only one or two carriers that will take a lot of the items we sell and unfortunately, damages do happen from time to time.
