“I could not identify the make of the ladder , which the parts were needed for on the internet . There was a mixture of letters and numbers on it but no clear details .When I found the Ladderstore and went on to their site I was able to , using their parts description and details to identify the make and part title . The process of placing the order was straightforward . The price was reasonable and the parts were sent very promptly . The parts were correct , of good quality and fitted . Very good service.”

“Ladderstore price matched for me, and the hatch/ladder kit i got is of decent quality, so completely happy. Had some dramas with the courier, but that's not uncommon. Ladderstore were good and got it all sorted.”

“Ordered a pair of ladder brackets to secure my triple ex to the wall. Sturdy and well painted with a couple of fixing holes per bracket. Find these a very tight fit for a triple extension though and need to wrestle the ladders on each time. Could do with them being just a bit bigger for triples but would be ideal for a double extension ladder”

“Return/restock cost far too much considering I took the ladder back to the store myself. Even then, it took far to long and to much chasing to get my money back.”

“The service from Ladderstore was superb. I agonised for weeks before I satisfied myself that the Stira Electric Timber Loft Ladder - 2.44 m was suitable for our requirements. The one query that I had, and phoned about , was the "footprint" of the installation on the loft floor. I wanted to be sure that the electrics did not extend too far beyond the loft opening. I obviously could not make my query clear enough - but I decided I could work around it if it extended more than I wished. But when I received the extremely well packed ladder and components it was clear that the electrics - winch, motor etc - were all within the dimensions of the opening, so no extra work was required. I am entirely happy with the product, the instructions and the service from Ladderstore.”
