“The store has a very large range of ladders with plenty of useful information about each. This enabled me to make an informed choice and ensured that I got the stepladder I wanted first time without any worries. I was also impressed with the ladder safety tag and labelling which was sent out FOC. I require this in my line of work (Theatre) and this saved me a bit of time. Thank you very much.”

“The step ladder was to replace a damaged one at church. On our original order the ladder was out of stock and we were contacted by a helpful member of the sales team and offered an alternative. We were then offered a delivery date to suit our availability to receive the ladder.”
