“The step ladder was to replace a damaged one at church. On our original order the ladder was out of stock and we were contacted by a helpful member of the sales team and offered an alternative. We were then offered a delivery date to suit our availability to receive the ladder.”

“Ladderstore don't make the product to ordered and I had to go via the manufacturers of the product for specifications. Unfortunately one of the specs missing was weight and the bladder does not move the freely on the small adjustable track for moving the ladder in and out. Has taken the mounting off the wall and I am still waiting for Tandisolutiins to review the problem.”

You are correct in what you say that we are not a manufacturing company, however we do know these products very well and have been supplying them for a number of years and any specs needed we are able to supply. “A fault on a part was dealt with promptly. It was reported at lunchtime on Friday and fixed by 9.30 on Monday morning by a technician who came to my house in Staffordshire. Would certainly recommend this company”

“The delivery was delayed for a number of weeks, of which I was forewarned. After enquiring, I was eventually given a delivery date but the ladder did not arrive until a week later. Afterwards, I noticed a significant dent in one of the rungs; as I considered it was still safe and I needed it for an urgent job, I decided not to ask for a replacement.”
