“Ladder took ages to come, delivered it which was fine I put it in the shed for a few weeks waiting for an opportunity to use it, and when I unpacked it all the padding was covering bent dented ladder rungs...... no point ringing you lot as you couldn't be arsed doing anything about the late delivery so wont be arsed about changing a ladder I've had for several weeks - extremely disappointed.”

Good Morning, Please accept our sincere apologies for this. I can see from the notes on the order that there was a delay on this order and you are quite right you should have been offered an alternative, that is our mistake. With regards to a damaged item, we do ask that damages are reported as soon as possible but please always do get in touch if an item is damaged as we will always endeavour to get these replaced, especially given the circumstances. “The store has a very large range of ladders with plenty of useful information about each. This enabled me to make an informed choice and ensured that I got the stepladder I wanted first time without any worries. I was also impressed with the ladder safety tag and labelling which was sent out FOC. I require this in my line of work (Theatre) and this saved me a bit of time. Thank you very much.”
