“Absolutely five star service from showroom viewing through to installation. Every member of the KLG team involved in our purchase was personable, helpful and professional. We were also kept well informed throughout the entire process. The product range was excellent and first class quality. I would like to make special mention of the installers, Dean and Harry, who carried out the installation with care, and demonstrated great pride in their work. We were more than happy with the end result, and would definitely recommend this company to anyone.”

“The bespoke arched window KLG manufactured for me was available to install ahead of the originally agreed date and the installers were able to come nearly a month ahead of schedule. The window was made exactly according to specification and the installer did a great job over the morning fitting the window. Overall I was very pleased with how KLG delivered, from initial consultation to design and survey followed by the installation.”

“Overall we are over the moon with the finished room, it looks amazing. However, it did not go without hiccup! Our feedback to KLG would be that their attention to detail and communication were the cause of most of the issues. Having said that the two men who built the actual room (glass and roof) were outstanding! They were polite, courteous and so good at their jobs. Thank you to everyone who ensured we got there in the end. Mark and Lynda Goodwin”

“It was a challenge to renovate our conservatory and your team of workers did remarkably well. We are delighted and your staff are delighted that they delivered such a wonderful job. Everything to do with the job was done to the highest standard. I recommend your company to do business with the whole system works so well showing you what’s on offer from you showing valuable ideas to get the best on your project. Where you think a problem may be looming Their experience and skill will give you the solution needed. As you can see I am extremely impressed and every time I get to see our conservatory now I get a Buzz.
