“Very pleased with our new doors, great service were fitted earlier than expected and fitter was professional and tidy. Would definitely recommend KLG Rutland. Love the internal blind in the back door( it's not that noisy in reality just in video)”

“After 25+ years our windows and doors required replacing and we wanted to have a quality replacement that would last for another 25+ years. After looking at several different companies and obtaining quotations we decided that KLG Rutland would provide us with the product we were looking for. From the first visit by Marc Newstead to introduce KLG to us and provide a quotation to the person who came to measure and the two men who fitted the windows, the service was first rate. Nothing was too much trouble and Marc was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. Whilst, not the cheapest quotation we received, we believe that the quality of KLG Rutland stood out above all the other companies we spoke to. We are very happy with the end product and would highly recommend KLG Rutland to anybody else who is looking for new windows and doors”

“The two composite doors we had fitted are very good quality and look really nice. Certainly much nicer and much more secure than the upvc doors they replaced. We also had a new window which we are also very pleased with. John, the fitter obviously takes pride in his work and did a very good job for us. Absolutely no mess afterwards and no redecoration needed either. Very pleased.”

“The cost of our new window was in keeping with other quotes however we were also offered the wide choice of patterned glass (at no extra cost). The other companies only offered plain glass and didn’t even mention patterned. The surveyor came out and did his best to work out how a new window could be fixed. After much discussion, we received the quote and agreed. We also agreed to shoulder the cost of any loose/broken tiles and interior damage after completion. The two lads that came did an excellent job in very trying circumstances, although scratching their heads frequently they never gave up. Indeed one of them told us ‘frankly I’ve never seen anything like this in my life’. They had to add a brand new window and a upvc board to a very old rotten window frame. It turned out that the depth (jutting out) of the original window frame differs by 100mm from one side to the other. We’re really pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend KLG to anyone needing new windows.”
