“Excellent service , really helpful when I had difficulties using a promotional voucher . Picture delivered and really well packaged . Bought as a gift for a friend , superb quality . Would definitely recommend and use again .”

“Easy to order and delivered exactly as promised. Looks a quality product and the chipboard screw made it so simple to hang. I ordered a Lowry framed print after shopping around locally and the price for the framing was slightly more expensive but thought it was worth the extra to have the print and frame from the same supplier. The website made it easy to choose as you could see the print in different frames and also the videos of the process made me feel confident in buying.”

“Easy, quick ordering, and very prompt and reasonably priced delivery. When the print was sadly unsuitable (didn't match the colour of the wall as anticipated), communication was personal, polite and impeccable, a pre-paid return label was e-mailed, UPS collected swiftly and a full refund (including original postage cost) was in my account in less than a week. Excellent service, thank you, will use again and will recommend.”

“Easy to use web site. Easy to see what your personalised frame/mount looks like with the picture of your choice. Maybe could be made a little easier to see that one can personalise the frame, mount colour, size etc and the glass or perspex, other than the defaults chosen. Easy to order, delivery exactly when stated, even down to us delaying by phone. Picture well packaged, easy to open, but very well protected. All in all, a first rate experience of online picture shopping.”

“Ordered an unframed print for an unexpected visitor - who was in the country for a short time... I ordered one day - and the print arrived the next day - extremely well packed! (I run a photolab and send print on a daily basis, and was very impressed with the packaging!!!) I have tagged the site and will use again in the future.”

“Finding this site has been a revelation. I have been able to choose prints from a huge selection rather than just from what is available from a well known high street retailer. The quality of the prints and framing is excellent and the packing for delivery has ensured that every order has arrived in prime condition. My only constraint on purchasing further quality art work is a lack of wall space!”
