“Great customer service; I made a mistake in my initial order during the height of the busy Christmas period. The tan were quick to respond. My freaked Penny arrived very quickly (to Northern Ireland) and was top quality.”

“Ordered the 'No 37 & No 19 Slate Blue and Brown on Plum' Rothko print in size large. The print arrived with: a) dimensions that differed to the measurements listed and b) with writing along the bottom of the print, which was nowhere to be seen on the website's pictures of the print. The site does list that dimensions are not accurate and that writing may be on the print. However it includes this information in a small script set apart from the main description: you almost have to go out of your way to look for it. While this clearly covers the website's back, I think it's very poor to advertise a product with caveats like this. For the price these prints are, I expected a far higher quality piece and far more accurate detail. 0 stars for the product. I would not recommend buying these prints. I'm giving 1 star only because the customer service advisor I spoke to was quick and helpful with arranging a refund for me.”

“Excellent Service. Order was dispatched promptly and received 2 days later. Should have arrived next day but that was the fault of the postal service who sent it to the wrong post distribution depot and you can't blame the supplier fot that.”

“A pleasure to deal with this company. Very quick delivery; beautifully packaged and a gorgeous picture. The frame was far superior to any other similar frames we’ve seen. A lovely touch included fitting instructions, a rawl plug and a proper picture hook. 10 out of 10 in every respect. I will be returning to buy more pictures. A very happy customer. Thank you.”

“I’ve used King and McGaw multiple times, and every experience has been exceptional. The products themselves are always first class, well framed, really good value and arrive swiftly. Their customer service was also really helpful when I had a query about a bespoke product. Finally, I love the community they are creating. It provides a lot of really interesting information about exhibitions and events. Also, it feels genuine, rather than another marketing push. You can tell they are passionate about what they do and this manifests itself in how they operate. I highly recommend them.”

“I’d been searching for an original Empire Strikes Back movie poster for quite some time and did a lot of research along the way. In the end, I decided on an original 1997 re-release poster from King & McGaw I had a few questions about the poster and needed to make some changes to the delivery date — and I have to say, the customer service was outstanding. A special mention goes to Lara, who was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the process. Her support made the entire experience even better : ) The poster arrived right on time, securely packaged and well protected. When I unpacked it, I was amazed by how stunning it looked — the poster itself, the quality of the frame, and the craftsmanship of the framing were all exceptional. It looks absolutely incredible, and I can’t wait to put it up. Overall, I’d highly recommend King & McGaw and will definitely be buying from them again.”
