“So happy with my prints, and the customer service. One of three framed prints purchased arrived damaged (fault of courier). I emailed a photograph of issue same day and then called and spoke to CS who immediately agreed to replace it. New one arrived within a few days. How a business should be run!”

“We recently purchased an Andy Warhol “I Love You, So” print from King & McGaw and were disappointed with what we received. When the print arrived, there was a line of small black text running along the white border at the bottom of the print. This text was not visible or indicated anywhere on the product images on their website, where the border appears completely white. As anyone who collects or displays art prints will understand, the clean border is an important part of the presentation, so this was quite surprising. After contacting customer service, we were informed that this text is a “byline” that they print on all unframed prints for copyright reasons. While we appreciate the explanation, it would have been helpful if this had been clearly shown or mentioned on the product page before purchase. We have been buying prints for many years and have never encountered this before. To be fair, King & McGaw did offer the option to return the print for a full refund, which we appreciate. However, the experience was still disappointing, particularly given the expectations set by the website imagery. Just a gentle warning to others considering purchasing from them: if you are ordering an unframed print, be aware that it may include small copyright text along the border even if this isn’t visible in the product photos.”

“I bought an Elizabeth Frink print, plus 2 beautiful moth prints...they are stunning and finely framed. Alas, they were gifts and although the recipient is extremely happy with them, I am looking forward to choosing one from King & McGaw for myself next time. They arrived beautifully packaged. Am really very happy with great service from this company. Thank you.”

“The print was purchased for a friend who recalls the view of the Campie Fells from her childhood home. We like the quality of the print very much and now it is framed it is being enjoyed daily by my friend.”

“Ordered the 'No 37 & No 19 Slate Blue and Brown on Plum' Rothko print in size large. The print arrived with: a) dimensions that differed to the measurements listed and b) with writing along the bottom of the print, which was nowhere to be seen on the website's pictures of the print. The site does list that dimensions are not accurate and that writing may be on the print. However it includes this information in a small script set apart from the main description: you almost have to go out of your way to look for it. While this clearly covers the website's back, I think it's very poor to advertise a product with caveats like this. For the price these prints are, I expected a far higher quality piece and far more accurate detail. 0 stars for the product. I would not recommend buying these prints. I'm giving 1 star only because the customer service advisor I spoke to was quick and helpful with arranging a refund for me.”

“Excellent Service. Order was dispatched promptly and received 2 days later. Should have arrived next day but that was the fault of the postal service who sent it to the wrong post distribution depot and you can't blame the supplier fot that.”
