“The service was excellent. Was able to ‘customise’ my picture till it was just right. Delivery was excellent and the picture was incredibly well packaged. The framed photograph looks stunning in my newly re-decorated bedroom.”

“Very quick delivery & packaging was excellent - definitely no chance of my picture being damaged. Unfortunately the picture I purchased was not the same colour as in the picture online. I bought a Ron Lawson picture & the blue background is far darker than I expected it to be. Quite disappointed as it doesn't look right where I had intended it to go. Luckily I've decided to put it in my bedroom so not having to return it.”

“Unfortunately my picture was delivered with the glass broken. However, you dealt with it swiftly and sent me a replacement. I think the problem was with UPS who didn’t treat the package with care. Thanks for resolving this.”

“Great quality frames and prints. My client was delighted with her artwork. Highly recommended.”

“I really like the prints I received and they were good quality however the image shown on the website is not what I received. I ordered a medium sized print and what I actually received was a medium sized piece of paper with a small image in the centre, not with the small white border as shown on the website. I am really disappointed and I would have sized up if I had of known this would be the case.”

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment & upset caused with receiving your order in a smaller size than expected. I have just privately messaged you to discuss further how we can resolve this issue for you. Kind Regards, Jane
