“From my initial phone call enquiry to the delivery of my picture, I cannot fault the service. The advisor was very helpful, and the picture was packaged beautifully. I saw the same picture cheaper in John Lewis, but the frame was chipped, and the assistant said that the pictures arrived to them poorly packaged and prone to bumps and chips. I was delighted at how protected the picture was. Thanks, I will definitely order from you again.”
