“I contacted the live chat to enquire about buying a gift certificate. It was the worst type of corporate experience - soulless, by-the-book, a no-can-do attitude. Not warm, not friendly, not in the least bit helpful. 'This is our policy' - ' please note that' - 'we don't do' - 'you can not'. I want to give my daughter the chance to buy something that is £170 but no combination of gift certificates will cover this amount and as I was informed, money left over can't be used. So I have to buy a more expensive gift certificate that will have some money wasted or my daughter will have to pay the difference. Don't think much of that!!!! Why do I have to only buy a gift certificate for a set price? I want my daughter to be able to buy something that is £170 but it's impossible! Very much pointed out that if there is money left”
