“This was my first experience ordering from EasyArt and I was pretty blown away by the high quality of both the product and the way it was packaged. The framing was completely perfect, with a very good quality frame, smudge-free glass and really nice, neat attention to detail on the reverse. The relatively small frame came wrapped in bubblewrap, in a smaller box which was padded out so that it did not move within a much larger box. I have to say that I was hugely impressed by this thoughtfulness. I can't quite remember a similar level of service from another online shop recently! I will definitely be ordering from EasyArt again.”

“Good evening, Thank You, I have got the print, but I am absolutelly no happy with what I have got. In your catalogue the picture is show as 80 by 60 cm print, or I have got the poster of 80 x 60, but with the text around (name of painter printed on 10 cm wide and the lateral marges of 15 cm. The picture itself is less than 60 by 40. It is exactly what I didn't want and doesn't cope what You've shown on your site. I have paied the most expensif site for this Vetriano print and got the worst size. Really not satisfided with it! regards,”

The image and paper size are both advertised on the website although we appreciate that we are not able to show the border surrounding the image on the website. “I found that you provided a fast and efficient service..Through my own fault I found I had inadvertently placed placed two orders for the same print and when I reported this to you the second order was cancelled without difficultly..I also liked your policy of not charging the customer's account until the goods were despatched.”
