We can confirm that your order has been despatched with UPS.com and the parcel is currently awaiting customs clearance and import fees to be paid. “This is the first time I have had a canvass print without glass, and I was unsure whether I would like it. I can honestly say that it is an excellent rendition, and no reflections. I am pleased with the size and it enhances the room. I will use you again.”

“Picture is fine, time to delivery +/- OK, but impossible for France to order a large frame ?! And I have asked previously the customer service via the Chat to ring me when france delivery would reopen, no one contacted me when the lights turned green.”
