“Thank you so much for your co-operation in assisting me in what was a complete mistake on my part. Having realised that I had ordered the print of the Degas painting of "The Green Dancer" that was much to large you were very kind enough to allow me to return it and for you to send me one of a smaller size with no extra payment while collecting the larger framed print when making the second delivery. Thank you again for a satisfactory conclusion to my problem.”
