“Called heston locksmiths and they sent a person from keys4less. The website gives an estimate of £40-70 max, but we were forced to pay £160 for a 2 second job. The locksmith said he doesnt understand english and was yelling outside the house. Just took advantage of the situation even though we requested for a nominal charge keeping in mind it took 2 minutes to open the lock.. will never recommend or use this company again.”

“total scam. told one price on the phone and suddenly after he just drilled the lock out he demands more than 3 times this price without any warning or agreement made (which he then claims he did - there are 2 of us and he had said nothing). I would avoid this company at all costs.”
